In a rapidly changing world where technology and digitization increasingly dominate public and private space, there is an acute need to bring people back together, to promote culture and reading, and to revitalize human connections. In this context, the “Living Library” project is established as an essential and pertinent initiative for the community.

The utility of this project derives from the following needs:
1. Promotion of culture and reading;
2. Building community and increasing human connections;
3. Education and continuous learning;
4. Valuing and promoting diversity;
5. Revitalization of cultural and community spaces.
I. Purpose:
The aim of the “Living Library” project is to create and implement a series of engaging cultural events that promote culture and reading, build and strengthen interpersonal relationships, value diversity and inclusion, and contribute to the revitalization and renewal of cultural spaces within the community.
II. Objectives:
1. Promotion of culture and reading;
2. Connecting people;
3. Education and continuous learning.
III. Impact
1. Increasing interest in reading and culture;
2. Creating a sense of unity and connection among community members;
3. Personal development.

Edition 1 – 05/22/2024

The first edition laid the foundations of a long-term initiative, which aims to bring together even more interesting “volumes” in future editions.
