Our organisations’ project has been selected to be granted in the prestigious Meet and Code program, supported by Amazon. The initiative focuses on integration and digitization, aiming to inspire and educate primary school students through technology.

What is Meet and Code?
Meet and Code is an initiative that promotes digital education across Europe. Founded by SAP and supported by various partners, including Amazon, the program offers grants and resources to organize coding events for young people. This year, our school is honored to be part of this impactful project.
Project Objectives
Integration: Foster a sense of community and collaboration among students from diverse backgrounds.
Digitization: Enhance digital literacy and coding skills to prepare students for the future.
Innovation: Encourage creative thinking and problem-solving through hands-on technology projects.

The event is financed with the help of the Meet and Code program (https://www.meet-and-code.org/), supported at European level by Amazon. Meet and Code 2024 is coordinated by Haus des Stiftens and the TechSoup Europe network and supports, for the 8th consecutive year, technology and programming events aligned with the mission of the European Commission initiative: Europe Code Week.
In Romania, the Meet and Code Program is coordinated by the Techsoup Association, which supports non-profit organizations, teachers, teachers, future teachers and young people to reach their potential through resources and opportunities created by and with technology. The Techsoup Association is the winner of the Digital Skills for Education award from the European Digital Skills Awards in 2017, a competition organized by the European Commission.
