How was it?
This mobility was more than just an exchange of ideas; it was a journey of self-knowledge and discovery of cultural diversity.
During the week, a series of interactive and engaging workshops were organized:
Norms imposed by the media: Participants explored how the media influences our perception of ourselves and others. We discussed the importance of being aware of the messages we receive and not being influenced by stereotypes and prejudices.
Self-Esteem: We facilitated discussions and activities aimed at improving self-esteem, encouraging participants to recognize their uniqueness and personal worth. We explored how we can improve our self-image and develop a positive attitude towards ourselves.
Diversity and Inclusion: The Diversity Workshop was a space for mutual learning where we celebrated cultural differences and promoted mutual respect and understanding. We discussed the importance of creating an inclusive environment for all.
Intercultural activities:
In the evening, the participants enjoyed a series of intercultural activities which included the cultural evening. Each group presented specific traditions, music and dances, creating a vibrant and colorful atmosphere.
Participants left with a deeper understanding of their own identity and a renewed commitment to promoting diversity and self-esteem in their communities.
